Before contacting support, it is important that you have a look in both Continua's event log (Administration -> Event Log) as well as the Windows Event Log (Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer) for entries relating to the problem you're having.

In some cases the error will be obvious enough that you'll be able to resolve the problem yourself, in others the extra information will enable us to provide you a better level of support.
