The Slack publisher allows Continua CI to send notifications to Slack users or channels
Messaging Method
Continua CI supports two methods for sending Slack messages; Incoming Web Hook and Web API.
Webhook URL
This is required for sending messages via the incoming web hook method. This can be set up via a Slack App (for a room only?)
