The Final Builder Server (FBS) import converts all FBS Users and Roles into Users, Roles and Groups within Continua CI. The user and role import is a straight forward conversion, however there are some conversion conflict issues to note:
- The default Administrator role in FBS does not import over to Continua CI. Instead, any users that are Administrators in FBS will become members of the default Administrators group in Continua CI.
- Due to security reasons, user passwords are not converted from FBS to Continua CI. Instead, the value of the /defaultPassword parameter is saved as the password for all users. To ensure a high level of security, the administrator may need all users to log on and change their password once the import has been run.
