Access the Delphi Options from the Tools Menu | Options | Compilers category and then choose the Embarcadero Delphi item.

Default Compiler Version

Choose the default Delphi compiler version to use in new Delphi Compiler actions, as well as set the default state of using certain environment variables at start-up.

Default Language

The default language to use for Delphi builds. 

Default Locale ID

Choose the default Locale and CodePage to apply to new Delphi Compiler actions added to your project.

Default CodePage

The default codepage to use for Delphi builds. 

Microsoft Resource Compiler

Enter the location of the Microsoft Resource Compiler (rc.exe).  The Microsoft resource compiler can be used instead of the Embarcadero provided one.

Check this option to retrieve library paths from the registry when building Delphi projects. 

Delphi XE2 to XE8

Win32

The Win32 platform library path for the particular version of Delphi. If not installed then it should be left blank. 

Win64

The Win64 platform library path for the particular version of Delphi. If not installed then it should be left blank. 

OSX32

The OSX32 platform library path for the particular version of Delphi. If not installed then it should be left blank. 

Delphi 3 to 2010

Path

The library path for the particular version of Delphi. If not installed then it should be left blank.
